Orders placed before 5:00 pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Delivery times

Within the contiguous United States, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $35. Below that a flat $4.99 shipping charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package. If it has not been delivered after 10 business days, email info@ventra.com with your order number and we will trace it or reship at no cost.
