We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you do not see a difference, email us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund that order — even if the bottle is empty.

How to start a return

Email info@ventra.com with your order number. You do not need to give a reason. We will confirm by email and, where a physical return is needed, send return instructions.

Refunds

Once your request is approved we issue the refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
